Transformation of our 1970s time capsule cottage into a rustic modern ski chalet, after renovation this four bedroom home immediately earned "Platinum" status in the rental agent's portfolio. Everything was curated, including all the live edge wood (mantel, open kitchen shelving, bathroom vanity tops) that we selected/finished/installed, former dining room cabinets upcycled into corner coffee bar, upstairs master headboard made from antique horse barn doors, original art throughout (wooden tile art at foot of steps, second floor game room wall art made from a 1920s Venice Beach bungalow transformed into "Big Bear Favorites" art, etc., etc.).
